Embrace Embody Empower:
Embracing yourself today is a deeper invitation to your tomorrow
Have you ever looked in the mirror and felt disconnected from who you are? Do you sometimes wish you could love yourself more, or at all? Do you have a hard time speaking kindness towards yourself or even standing up for what you believe in.
I’ve been there too, and I could ask more questions, but why not just jump right in to what I do.
I help women embrace themselves both inside and out. Sound familiar? Probably so, we live in a world of accepting yourself, challenging yourself, being positive, fake it until you make it, and transform your body with all the diets! But what if you already had the capacity to be okay with yourself? Well I think that comes from within, but I also know that we should still be allowed to work on our physical self and learn to love it.
If you are looking for a speaker who will inspire your audience with humor or passion and will offer the event an extra shot of mental espresso, then Becca is the speaker for you!
High Fives all around:
Using the Embrace Method to identify your true self and dispelling your inner critic
When you want to make a change, does part of you that says you won’t be capable? Do you envision yourself failing? Do you think back on times you have failed or maybe when you were scared to go forward? If the answer is yes just for you, imagine what your audience, employees, partners, or students are thinking. I would venture to say the answer is the same!
Key take aways:
Identifying the inner critic
Acknowledging our true self
Finding our voice to say yes to the challenge

Embrace
Whether you recognize it or not, you have an inner voice that says you are not enough, or that you are unworthy. I call that voice our inner critic, and that inner critic works day and night to bring you down!
I speak on helping women embrace themselves both inside and out, and we even learn how to take down that inner critic!

Embody
Before I tell you all about my speaking on embodiment, I want you to try an exercise with me. First, pay attention to your shoulders right now. Do they feel heavy? Are they tense?
Once you read that, did you change your position? That’s an example of embodiment. When you book me, I don’t just speak to the audience - I invite change into the audience.
“Every time I have a session with Becca, I learn something new and I’m invited to something new. I cry a lot and in the past I couldn’t tell you why, I’m more aware of myself and what my needs are now thanks to the work I’ve done with Becca.”
